Qualified Yoga Teachers
Cristina Felici has been interested in yoga since 2005 practicing Anusara Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and MogaDao Yoga while pursuing her profession in education and archaeology (PhD in Medieval Archaeology), she has an expert knowledge of the Siena area. In 2015/2016, she qualified as a yoga teacher (RYT 200h, Yoga Alliance) and aims to create a synergy between yoga and archaeology by promoting the practice of yoga in sites of particular historical value. She is specialized in Yoga Vinyasa, Yoga and Classic Pranayama.
Marina Montenegro became interested in yoga attending courses in Hatha yoga in 1993 in Italy. Once in Cambridge (2009) she furthered her interest with the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa and then developed a regular personal practice studying yoga in depth. Profoundly convinced of the benefits that yoga brings to body and mind, she wanted to share her love for the ancient discipline and qualified as a teacher in 2015/2016 (RYT 200h, Yoga Alliance). She is specialized in Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Postural Adjustments and Classic Pranayama.
